The teaching experimental equipments include four kinds:

1.The Breakdown Simulating Teaching Equipment of Computer Controlled Automobile Includes six separated sets: Injection Engine, Sensors and Controls, Starting and Electronic Ignition, Air Conditioning, Emission Control, Electrical Wiring. ABS system is under development.

2.Breakdown Fixing Experiment Platform of the Injection Engine It is refit by the real engine. Both examining part and breakdown setting part are installed. A certain breakdown condition can be set to meet the demands of breakdown fixing teaching.

Code: 7 Using the original factory engine as the basic structure. Both examining part and breakdown setting part are installed; the examining instruments can be used to teach breakdown examining and fixing. The instruments and LED in the central controlling panel can show the operation information of the engine dynamically. EBL-1 Injection Engine Experimental Platform of German Volkswagen

EBL-2Engine and Automatic Transmission Experimental Platform of Shanghai Buick ELB-3 Injection Engine and Automatic Transmission Experimental Platform of Japan Toyota (Lexus etc)     ELB-5 examining experimental platform of injection engine Dynamic experimental platform and examining & break down fixing controlling platform are included. The two parts can run separately and also work together It can be connected with power examining machine

  3.Breakdown Experimental Automobile
It is a real car with a “control equipment” in which examining part and breakdown setting part are installed. The car can be driven normally when take off the “control equipment”. We have refit Volkswagen “Era Superman”, GM “Buick”, etc.

Remarks: we refit the cars offered by our customers. The normal functions of the car are conserved and it can be changed to the breakdown state. Controlling platform and the instrument car are included.
  4.Dissecting Teaching Equipment of Automobile Transmission
All are real object dissection. We have the injection engine dissection of Volkswagen
, Toyota, the automatic transmission dissection of GM, Toyota and all kinds of sensors.

The real object dissecting can assure the clear watch of the internal structure. Colours distinguish the sections and the internal components can work normally. The main part is moveable.

    5. Real Object Demonstrating Equipment  

	SE-01 Computer Controlled Fuel Injection Demonstrating Equipment Using the real object components as the basic structure. It can demonstrate the working process of ignition under varied conditions, and it can be connected with other instruments to test.
	SE-02 ABS Demonstrating Equipment Using the real object components of Santana 2000 as the basic structure. It demonstrates the constitutions and operation process of ABS, and can be used in breakdown fixing training.
	SE-03 Air Conditioning Demonstrating Equipment The real air conditioning components are used as the basic structure. It can demonstrate the different working conditions, and can be used in freon adding &breakdown fixing training.
